Initially we had another carpet cleaning service come out and he refused to do the job because he didn't think he could do a good enough job on the pet odor in are carpet. Someone advised me to call Tony at Gold Star. Tony although he was very busy he was able to squeeze us in very quickly. He came out and was very professional and friendly.
