The epitome of professional. I set an appointment by phone and they were waiting for my arrival. Rich was fantastic and so was the young gentleman who went with me on the test drive. I felt I was giving honest and forthright information. They went the extra mile to pin point what problems my car has and Kevin was terrific. He was very smart and professional.
