It’s unfortunate that I have to write a review like this but it has to be said. I’ve been a loyal customer for years because I like to support small businesses but after today I will not be going back. Ever. I called to see if I can get my battery replaced for my small sedan, I asked how much, he said he won’t know until he looked at the battery in person (fair). The epitome of professional. I set an appointment by phone and they were waiting for my arrival. Rich was fantastic and so was the young gentleman who went with me on the test drive. I felt I was giving honest and forthright information. They went the extra mile to pin point what problems my car has and Kevin was terrific. He was very smart and professional.
