Chili was cold. When we told our server, she told her manager and she just rolled her eyes at us and proceeded to talk about us while we were paying our bill. Very disappointed because that was one of our favorite locations!
Disappointed with the chili here. It was way too watery and lacked flavor, which isn’t what you expect when you’re craving chili. Overall, it just didn’t hit the mark and left a lot to be desired.
Another visit a month later... and another screwed up order. This time, I clarified my order 3 times over the speaker and double checked the printed out receipt to make sure it was correct. And yet, when I got home, the order was WRONG AGAIN!! Does this location hire people who can't read or speak English, or are they just totally incompetent??
