Fast friendly service and great Cincinnati style chili!
We weren’t greeted when we entered. The ketchup bottle looked like it hadn’t been wiped in an excessive amount of time. There were literally crackers in the salt shaker. No one offered to refill our drinks, there were 3 empty glasses halfway through our meal. 4 employees standing behind the counter. Must say one of the worst services I’ve ever had had a gold star chili. Order the three-way and a cheese cone with everything the cheese cone was fine. But the three-way that’s all I got was spaghetti and chili no crackers no cheese no fork no napkin no hot sauce and the person working up the drive-through window had his beats headphones on not paying a bit of attention to really what was going on outside of knowing who was rolling up next and what the order was but failed to make anything 100% complete out the door so quali... read more
