Ordered food, they forgot one of my items, they lock the door at 5pm,i had tapped on the window, they wanted me to walk thru the drive thru, as there are cars actively using it
The girl in the window is a problem. She asked me (and my coworker in front of me) if we wanted to leave a tip for her in the drive-thru. Then when I said no she gave me an attitude. I won’t be back. Don’t ask me for a tip when I’m picking my own food up. Entitled.
Nessa The lady working in the drive-through has the best customer service skills. She was very prompt when I drove up to the speaker box. She was very polite. She really needs to be acknowledged for her Great customer Service skills!
