DO NOT GO HERE! This review has everything to do with the clinic and facility. (GOLD STANDARD UROLOGY WITH DANA SCOTT) This clinic is DISGUSTING!!! Absolutely filthy and gross!!! Thank god I was able to switch medical groups and this office was the main reason to me switching. The rooms are run down and do not look sterile or clean. The staff are all very young and CONFUSED kids. La peor clínica que le a tocado a mi hijo. La doctora es muy buena, muy profesional pero el personal que trabaja ahí es pesimo. Nunca contestan cuando uno llama para hacer una cita, aunque dejes mensaje de voz nunca te regresan la llamada. Ellos si quieren que les avises cuando vayas a cancelar una cita. The main Doctor and Staff are rude, uncaring, and plain unprofessional. I would not recommend this Urologist to family, friends, or strangers. My first appointment with Dr. Scott (for a procedure at her Lynwood Office) was well over 1.5 hour late (with no apology of course). This Doctor has NO MANNERS and is extremely rude. All of my following 6 appointments (with her nurse practioner) were also around 45 minutes late (each) The nurse was never able to answer very basic questions about my medical condition; I would have rece... read more
