They were initially very responsive and got work done quickly. However, as time went on, I felt like I was the one making sure the work was continuing to get done. They became hard to get in touch with as well. I still havent received my warranty paperwork for the job done at the beginning of May.
I was out of the area for the military and Gold Standard went above and beyond to make the entire process simple. They did a fantastic job and handled all of the interactions with my insurance company.
Trustworthy and great to work with. Ryan and Hudson were always responsive and helpful during my entire claim process.
