Nate and his team sanded and stained 3 sets of large exrerior wood doors for us. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The Job turned out better than expected! The new color and varnish and look great. We are planning to give them some more jobs.

Nate and his team are fantastic. They are very communicative, thorough, and skilled. They have fair prices they were also very sweet to my 10 year old. If I didn’t have to move they’d have business for life with me.

Terrible service and highly questionable business practices. Communication was poor from the beginning—messages often went unanswered, and scheduling was unreliable. I took a day off work for an appointment, only for the handyman to be a complete no-show. Another appointment was scheduled a week in advance, but I didn’t hear back until the morning of, making it impossible to plan. There is no need to look any further for the BEST service for all of your home projects! We are so happy that we found Gold Standard Maintenance. Nate is extremely responsive and hard-working. He has ideas to offer on projects that will NOT skip quality and save on money. His work is neat, and nothing is left behind. I will recommend him to everyone!
