10/10 recommend this company. Had an issue with my heating system running inefficiently. Called a different company at 1st and all they would talk about was replacing the whole system at a substantial cost. Called Gold Standard for a 2nd opinion and they actually addressed the issue, performed some minor maintenance at a fraction of the original companies bid, and my system is working fine now. They will be my 1st call for any of my HVAC issues moving forward.

They showed up the same day I called and had our heater up and working again in a few hours. Very good price and great repair man.

I would not trust these guys to plug in a toaster! They came and did work. Two hours later that work failed and they have refused to return calls or to show up to fix that work. They put me off for three days. I was told at one point that they forgot to schedule me. Then I was told someone would be there the next day and now I’ve been told they will call me later and I have not talked to anyone. These guys are shysters! If they tell you the sun is shining, I would look out the window and double check.

Very friendly. Any time I call with a problem they send someone with an hour usually. Very good pricing and install.
