I'm a private collector and I have cards that I leave when I visit various shops with my name and contact information. I visited this shop and left my card with Joseph. I returned a few weeks later and was chastised by Tom, the owner, because my card stated that I pay more than coinshops. He had a problem with that and after lecturing me for about the cost associated with running a business and overhead, told me, he won't be doing any business with me. I don’t know if it was the owner, or one of the workers, but he was extremely rude and acted like I was total inconvenience that I actually came in while he was on the phone. Told me i had nothing of value. (Came in with two bags full of stuff) he just glanced in there. Thankfully, I didn’t listen and found out one of my coins was worth a good amount of money.
