I don’t know if it was the owner, or one of the workers, but he was extremely rude and acted like I was total inconvenience that I actually came in while he was on the phone. Told me i had nothing of value. (Came in with two bags full of stuff) he just glanced in there. Thankfully, I didn’t listen and found out one of my coins was worth a good amount of money.

I went in to see what my coins were worth. He gave me an offer. I told him I was going to get a second opinion as I have no idea what gold and silver are worth. I went to another local shop and got an offer for 300 dollars less. I went back and accepted his offer. He was very professional thru out the whole process. I highly recommend this place.

Had a very good experience with Joseph. He paid me and sometime later I received a call from saying he had made a mistake and felt terrible and he still owed me more money. I went back and he had a check waiting for me and once again apologized.. what integrity! Thanks so much. Norma
