Very professional staff. I took some old jewelry in to sell. The guy at the desk took his time going through and separating what I had brought. Even took his time to explain to me how they price the jewelry when I asked. I was very happy with the transaction and will be back in the future.
Awesome place the guy who runs it was cool , and very knowledgeable, didn't mind taking out many items to let me look , maybe even knowing i wasn't in the market for buying anything, worst thing some of the most amazing things arent for sale...but worth the look.. check then out for sure.
This guy is awful. He gave me $1/g for sterling silver. I didn’t argue with him because I wanted to see who he really was. I didn’t give any indication that I was aware silver spot price was around $61/oz, which would have put the worth of my sterling around $200. Funny how he didn’t even write the weight or pricing down on the form I signed. Either he owns the place and he’s a snake…or he’s probably stealing from the owner.
