Very bad experience but i told them that i have issue with DPF and they charge me 105$ for telling me the same thing just say connecting thier laptop to truck they charge for 1 hours make sure if u went thier shop u have to loose your time and money

Unfortunately, this misdiagnosis ended up costing me several hundred dollars more than necessary. I had even mentioned that I suspected I needed an oil change, but it seems this was overlooked. Had they checked the oil levels, they would have noticed that it was very low and dirty, saving me both time and money.
