Machines are broken every month! It takes two months to fix them. The GM is trash! And if you want to change your membership, you’re going to get stuck paying stupid fees. My name is Dima Petryga—whoever is running this, look me up in your database and talk to me in person, because whenever I want to talk, no one from management is ever present. Trash gym that used to be good! Do your job, GM. Oh, and all the cables are broken and move like a 70-year-old wheelchair.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been going to this gym now for over 6 months and I have had the worst experience. I have had issues with other members of the club being rude and disrespectful and have reached out Bryan the manager and have received no response back. I have been a member at Golds/ Eos for about 2 years and approximately one year ago, I experienced a serious incident at your facility in which I was subjected to a derogatory slur by another member. This situation made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe returning to the gym. As a result, I began the process of canceling my membership several months later. Needed a quick hot shower for the road, awesome! I just wish they would stay open later on Saturday nights, I usually got get off at about 7:00 when they close.
Parking is hard during the busy times. If you can come during evening and after it’s best. During the summers or hot days they don’t turn on the AC strong enough so makes it hard to work out at this location.
