gave them 1 star because you couldn't review without it. Had a ring sized in july and they bent the top and it had a line at the bottom. wore it 6 to 7 weeks and it broke! took it back to them to fix and they charged me again. they blamed the manufacturer instead of the poor quality of work that was done on it. it was only a 19 dollar charge but that is not the point. I know I'm only 1 customer but businesses are built 1 customer at a time.
