The guy who runs this place is a jerk. They fail to maintain equipment and then blame members when things break. The ping pong table was slowly deteriorating for months and they did nothing about it, and when it finally broke they posted this aggressive sign.
Gold Run has great amenities with a secure health club that has large weight room, racquetball courts, saltwater swimming pool, two hot tubs and saunas. Outdoors there are tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue area, volleyball pit, and community gardens. All right next to Boulder Creek and Scott Carpenter Park!
Busy place.
The gym is good, but giving four stars for the very long and unnecessarily stressful process we had to go through to get the key updated when they changed the entry lock. Customer service and responsiveness to tenants’ requests could be much better, including response time to voice mails and reviews.
The saltwater pool was fantastic and the sauna smelled like fresh cedar
