Super accommodating after having issues with my machine. Only charged for parts and were quick with the repair.
Had a really great experience here with Dani. Really appreciated her guidance and recommendations when I was selecting a new grinder. I went with a Fellow Opus and am really happy with it. I had a good visit the my dad that evening, who is a fan of the fellow brand, so I appreciated the bonding moment that was facilitated there as well 😄 I have also noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my coffee since using the new machine.
