After having several months of back and forth with trying to get my Machine fixed and only being in town for a week. I stumbled upon Gold Roast while looking up local roasters. Thought I'd just give it a shot, explained the situation to them and brought it in the next morning. The following day I got it back and in working order. Also had been reassured by a local about them.
The owner and staff care about service.
I am so thankful for this store! It is so nice to get a store that cares for their customers so deeply, but more than that, they just become your friends. Mike (the doctor) worked tirelessly on my machine, and he knew I was left without coffee at home. When there were more repairs than expected, I heard it in his voice that he disliked finding that out even more than I did.
