I hate to leave a bad review to a local company but I had such a bad experience I feel like I have no choice. Brought in my espresso machine for service, was having problems with the water flow rate. Having already descaled the machine I brought it in and explained that. The mechanic then proceeded to use such a strong solution that it destroyed the chrome coating in the machine and the problems of the flow rate persisted ($200 for all that). Very knowledgeable sales and great selection of products. Plan too visit when im not in a hurry. Chemex filters are cheaper here than Amazon and have more stock than other retailers in the region. Check it out for yourselves.
