Staff are very pleasant and engaging.
Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to. I gave them my ring on a Saturday and I got the text message on the following Tuesday to say that it had all been resized. The ring was beautifully polished when I received it. No complaints at all.
Great service and result, highly recommend. I was seen to by Trinity who was amazing. Her customer service, knowledge and advice were outstanding.
