Booked to stay here and had to cancel. The fully refundable booking required a deposit be taken. After being passed from pillar to post and speaking to a very rude Latisha on the customer care line it seems no one is willing to refund the deposit and we are left having to dispute the charges.
We deeply regret our timeshare commitment with this company. When we attempted to find a path to relinquish our ownership and return our portion to the inventory, we were met with indifference and offered no viable solutions. We were explicitly told they would not take it back and had no interest in doing so, as no one wants it.
