We purchased a $3.4 million Gold Park home expecting premium quality and professional execution. What we’ve experienced instead is a series of costly mistakes, lack of accountability, and dismissive customer service. Not a proud Gold Park homeowner! our elevator decision was made based on convenience, resale-value, not to mention accessibility for wheelchairs. I am first time home owner don't have much info. on water heater rental. Gold park have tie up with one of the corrupt company .After paying 5 year rent finally I decided to pay off the water heater rental and want to own it because they are ripping off every month. Water heater rental company (crown crest) send me bill of 5650$ ( bill attached). Market price for this is not more than 2500$ for brand new.
