Our compliments for their staff who diligently guide clients through property selection processes. Worthy of special mention is Mr. Adam Palummo who tirelessly attends to client calls for property showings, and offers sincere pressure-free guidance. Also, we were greatly impressed with the Gold Park model homes in Vaughan.
Very unhelpful company when I tried to track down the roofing company they subcontracted to when they built my home. Prajbhjyot is the person who is responsible for this information and she was very defensive, and hung up on me despite attempts to ask questions that she would know the answer to. Do not recommend Gold Park Homes as a builder as they work with subcontractors who have poor quality and workmanship.
Do not buy Goldpark, in every aspect. Quality, workmanship, customer service, the WORST ever to deal with. I would never recommend Goldpark to anyone.
We purchased a $3.4 million Gold Park home expecting premium quality and professional execution. What we’ve experienced instead is a series of costly mistakes, lack of accountability, and dismissive customer service. Not a proud Gold Park homeowner! our elevator decision was made based on convenience, resale-value, not to mention accessibility for wheelchairs.
