I ordered silver toe rings. They called and said that they will cancel the order and I should select other pair. I didn't like any other design. So I called them to cancel the order and make refund. There is no one to answer, just an automated voice. I sent 2 emails for my refund and no response yet. Poor customer service. Would never buy anything again

I purchased a pair of 22kt earrings online for my grand-daughter recently from this establishment. I was so impressed with the customer service I received. The gentleman called me to make sure that I was the actual purchaser, since he noticed that I reside in a different state than the recipient and that I am a new customer!
