I am sorry you feel this way. Our shipping policy clearly states that orders over 10lbs will have additional freight charges. We do call our customers to confirm any additional freight charges rather than just running the charge. This is in no way a scam.

Good camping stuff. A couple months ago. I ordered Med Reg Field pants liners. I got Med Short instead.
