I had a ring that belong to my deceased brother (the ring was broken, dirty and in bad shape)i took it in to The Gold Nugget, Jacob said he wasn't sure it could be fixed, I guess he seen the tears in my eyes and listened to my story of this ring , then said he would try. All I can say is thankyou, I had tears in my eyes when I got it back and they were tears of joy, the ring is beautiful Thankyou Jacob you did a great job.

I wore this ring everyday for about 5 years, and finally the band snapped. All I needed was It soldered back together. Despite having several jobs ahead of me, they had it done in a timely manner. The man I spoke with was very nice when I picked it up and it only cost me $25! They even shined it for me. You can't even tell it was ever broken. They will definitely have my business again when needed.

Today was the 2nd and LAST time I’ll ever use this place! The amount of rudeness and complete disrespect from the owners, is shocking! I never leave reviews but this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! Dropped a ring off to be sized from 7 to 5.5 4 days later I call just to check and see if it was ready.
