I just upgraded my Franco chain. This is my 4th purchase, they always hook me with a good deal. Highly recommended. They offer free cleaning as well.
This store gets a zero out of ten from me. I bought 3 gold chains and 4 pendants all at the time time, over two grand and it's nowhere near that value. I bought on April 11th and have been back 5 times since, due to broken jewelry. They fix it and it breaks again, and when I say break, it falls apart with zero force applied to it. This place scammed me. I paid over 2k for "gold jewelry". The jewelry was FAKE AND I WAS SCAMMED. Buyer beware. These are top tier scammers!! They wouldn't refund or even do an exchange. Never going back here again!!!
I bought jewelry from this place and the jewelry turned out to be fake ("coated in gold" but not actual gold"). The owner told me "that's what you paid for, that's your problem". Very disrespectful and did not care that they SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMED me out of my money. Saddest part was the jewelry was for my son's birthday... Ruined what was supposed to be a great gift, when I told them that info they replied with "that's your problem, you chose to pay for it". BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE
Never been here, but giving it one star because the phone number is incorrect and they refuse to change the damn number for God knows what reason.
