I love that place good price is very good and they are very friendly
My daughter ordered a charm from them. They did not give her a receipt for it, and simply told us to pick up the charm on Friday. We came on friday and they denied having ordered it for us and they denied having told us that they would order it for Friday. The manager then told us they had ordered it and put it on display and sold it. We found this extremely unprofessional of them, I’m thankful not to of had to spent any money in this store.
If I could give this place 0 stars, believe me, I would. I ordered an initial necklace for christmas, the man who took my order wrote my name and number on a sticky note. He did not give us a receipt and I even asked him if I had to pay for it before he ordered it and he said no, he specifically said we would pay once it arrived.
