Been buying and selling items mainly guns w the Elkhart store for years and can only say nice professional and fair people! Jeff and the guys at the Elkhart store are very knowledgeable about what they do! So many people bash pawn shops but they forget their in business for a reason n they gotta make money as well so if u don’t want to leave room for them to resell your items then don’t take to a pawn shop list n do the work of selling yourself! I have not had the pleasure of visiting in store, but I misplaced my wedding ring a few months ago (ended up finding it, thank goodness) and their associate Jaime was very helpful explaining next steps as far as reporting it missing so pawn shops can keep an eye out. He reminded me that worst case, I could come in and find something similar. He was gentle & professional throughout my whole catastrophe!
