When they take your jewelry they will clean it for you, but when they clean it they will destroy your jewelry I've had a pendant that I've worn since I was 7 years old, now it's been corroded and scratched up.
Buyer beware! Worst customer service ever. Definitely lost a customer and will definitely not refer anyone else.
Another great experience dealing with Gold Mine Jewelry. I’ve been coming here for a few years now for all of my jewelry needs. All of the staff members are extremely helpful and courteous. I recently visited Gold Mine this week And the item I was looking for was a special order item. I explained to them that I needed it by Friday at the latest and to my surprise they were able to get it the very next business day. I highly recommend Gold Mine jewelry.
