Two months ago these people installed a new filter on my pool. It started leaking three days later. Their weekly guy kept ignoring the situation. Finally he told them about it. Three days later they sent me a a quote for $174.00 to fix a problem they caused. These people should be avoided like Covid.
I wanted to mention Miguel our maintenance tech! Miguel always makes sure everything is running smooth with our pool and goes above and beyond to make sure our chemicals are perfect! We hope you keep him as a pool Tech! Thanks Miguel for all you do!
This pool service is VERY hard to contact. I have had a problem with sediment in the pool and a leaking pump for 3 months. I do not feel like the service person who comes weekly has been trained. They are here 5 minutes and gone. I would not recommend
This was a terrible experience! People were nice on the phone, but didn't deliver good service. Response time was SLOW. I had to call multiple times to get information. Services and prices were not well communicated. I paid 300.00 and all they did was vacuum my pool and tell me my equipment was working. I told them I wanted the pool to sparkle again and was told they'd get it "back to blue" that didn't happen and I'm out 300.00. Potential customers BE WARE!!
Gold Medal Pools is the most worthless company in the area. They bought my old company (A+ Reliable) and treated a customer of 10 years like absolute trash! Refused service because of their own accounting mistakes and talked to my wife and I like we were trying to rip them off. I will speak bad about this company to every person I can. Do not use them!!!
