I had a Gold Medal plumber come to my house to service my swamp cooler. It ran last summer but a leak started to appear at the swamp cooler waterline connection, plastic fittings were used and needed to be replaced. The Good Medal representative was very polite and started to access the situation. He returned minutes later with an estimate of $534.00. Our ancient water heater decided to die a loud and frightening death on Friday night. First it sounded like it was getting ready to explode, then it dumped all of its water out all over the garage. Saturday morning I called Gold Medal Plumbing, and by Sunday we had hot water again! Gold Medal Plumbing is fantastic - our family has used them for years now, and they will definitely go the extra mile to make sure its customers are taken care of! Highly recommend.
