Very Unreliable. Wasted an entire morning on a long weekend waiting for a plumber who was supposed to come between 9-11am and never showed up. Called them at 11:05 am to check when the plumber would be here-they informed me they have “no record” of an appt and plumber would not be coming in today. Saw on Inside Edition you were caught in the act . After watching this, not to be trusted.
My main valve was replaced in July 2021 at a cost of $745.00 plus tax; I still have the receipt. Now it is leaking and they would not check it out.
Very grateful for the attentive, responsive and professional service, as well as clear communication, both by the customer service of the Gold Medal Plumbing and the plumber Benjamin Hartan.
