The facility is nice and the staff are super friendly. Yhe kids always have a nice time.
Lately my daughter have been traumatized with the inconsistent scheduling at this gym. She started with the gym date back in 2018, grown to love going there on a weekly basis and she even spread the news to friends and family to attend. Regular attendee from 2018 to 2025 could give you a little preference as a customer right? I mean as it relates to scheduling. My daughter trains here for competitive gymnastics.
Manager is rude & lacks customer service skills. Be careful because they will take your yearly registration fee, & then the next month 3 days after tuition is due/taken, they will change the schedule to one that does not work for you. Forcing you to either lose your deposit that they will not refund, or change your schedule to use your deposit for that last month. Slimy business practice.
