Great place to workout
IN LOVE WITH THIS GYM! I have been doing the classes now for 3 months and can't get enough! The staff is super friendly and management has been very helpful. I also love the fact that no matter what time I come in if its not for the classes there is more than enough room to workout. I also love the feeling of being part of a community, after a while you become friends with other members here. New cardio equipment, help in my form while working out its been wonderful. Started my journey to being fit at this place, I love it! Its a very encouraging atmosphere and I have never had to wait for a machine, the place is clean and a nice size.

I've been a member of GMF for 7 years. I have tried every gym in the area, and although there are 2 within a mile's distance of my house, I still drive 15 minutes each way to get to GMF every day. Everything GMF offers is top rate, and I've tried it all: bootcamp, spin, personal training, and even Parisi for my kids. GMF has everything you could want in a gym, every piece of strength training equipment, adequately positioned so there's no competing with others for space.
