Paid the $10 for the best car wash. Car was left spotty and did not rinse off all the soap. Definitely needs upgrades and attention. I will drive to Northampton from now on. They have a great car wash.
I have been using this car wash for a number of years. Total, there has been about 4 times it was not operating correctly. One of those times was this past week. I got the $8 deal. It got stuck on the wash cycle and did not complete, all the lights on the cycle indicator were on, but the wash cycle kept blinking. I called the number to report, left a message and asked for a refund. No call was returned.
Much needed upgrades to signs for automatic car wash and working machines for coins! Not only one not working but both. The vacuum area smelled awful and not great suction on hose. Very disappointing as a local resident.
Had to hold my nose while getting my car washed, smelled like rotten eggs the entire time!!! Inside of the wash is full of green mold or algae or something. Spent $8 on a wash that made me sick to my stomach! Won't be going back!
Just paid for the gold wash and our car came out dirtier than it went in. Had to go find another car wash just to rinse off the soap.
Paid $10 for their "best wash" and my jeep still has dirt on it, and it's just road grime. It even left bird poop on the hood, pictures in the comments
