No response from owner, Mark on status of order placed with him in March. Called twice and both times was told by the people who answered that they would give Mark the message. Sounded surprised he didn't return my call. I emailed him twice and no response. What kind of shady operations are going on here? I've been waiting since March and was told the order would be ready in July. If you couldn't fulfill the order it would have been courteous and professional to not make me wait and i could have gone elsewhere. Now I have to... read more

I would advise anyone considering to do business with this small operation to avoid it at all costs. I placed a time critical order with them of which turned out to a complete nightmare. First of all while working on the artwork, they seemed to lack the most basic of graphic skills to handle the necessary formats. Secondly, they seem to defer all knowledge of their products to an unknown manufacturer, so don't feel for moment that they have any particular expertise in the products they sell.
