One time, the cleaning lady walked in the door and said “a dios mios.” She wasn't wrong. My house had gotten baaad. They do a fantastic job. Often their supervisor will arrive toward the end and white glove test. Cleaners do baseboards and even wash walls and doors if needed. They are full service and closer to deep cleaners than housekeeper style.

Goldmaids showed up 1.5 hrs late. They estimated us at $490 but the final price was $665. The service was not great; they forgot to clean the lint filter in the dryer and some of the windows were not completely cleaned. They said they would clean above the kitchen cabinets, but they did not. If you use Goldmaids, make sure you inspect carefully after the cleaning, and confirm the number of people who show up to clean. Very bad experience with this company. Stay away. The owner was not honest and made up pricing after the fact. No upfront quote was given just a number of hours and a price per hour but then added a bunch of stuff after the fact. We witnessed the workers not being there the whole time yet he sent an invoice for the full time. Then he denied it and said his workers wouldn't do that, even though we had evidence on our ring app that they workers came and went. Don't get ripped off like we did!

I had two maids come to my house to perform a cleaning on a small rambler. I only requested that the master bedroom be cleaned. After they had left the bathrooms I went in to check the cleanliness neither one of the bathroom floors had been mopped and then later on I noticed that in the kitchen they didn’t even move the rug in front of the kitchen sink before they mopped. The people who came to clean were timely and professional, kind also my toddler son was home with me and they goofed around with him every so often and he enjoyed their presence in our home which was a big plus since having strangers sorting his stuff could have been less then comfortable for him. The folks on the phone were timely and professional as well and always either answered immediately or called back/texted back quickly. Will definitely continue service with them and recommend them to others.
