I had my beginner private lesson in the South Pasadena location. The studio is bright, spacious and elegant with the high quality equipment. My instructor Rachel is so amazing! I was very impressed with her Pilates knowledge and professionalism. She is so friendly and patience. I learned so much about the Pilates techniques, posture correction and how to avoid the injuries from the workout in the future. I loved my first Pilates private session and will definitely book more lessons with Rachel soon. ☺️
