I have been going here for almost 3 years. The studio is very clean and a great value. I highly reccomend the classes. Deanna, Ana, Geri, and Melissa are great instructors. Small groups makes it easy to get the attention you need. They do not play loud music or yell, its a great instruction.

I wish I could give one star if I can. I recently attended a class with Coach Geri and was deeply disappointed by her approach. As beginners, we found the pace and intensity of the class overwhelming, and Geri's instructions were mostly verbal, with minimal demonstrations. This made it difficult for us to follow along, especially since we were new to these exercises. Additionally, Geri's behavior was not only dismissive but also insensitive. She made remarks that seemed racially insensitive, which made us uncomfortable and d... read more
