I absolutely love Gold Line Pilates Studio! The studio is bright, clean, and filled with beautiful natural light, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. They also have private rooms available for one-on-one sessions, which is a great option. Melissa (the owner), Geri, Kawai, and Rachel are all incredible instructors. Im a former dancer and thought I would try palates and do some one on one classes. I regret to say, I didn’t have the best experience given I tore my rotator cuff the first time taking her one on one classes and trusted her experience that I was in good hands. I have been a client for close to two years. As a recent health care provider retiree, I continue to marvel at Melissa’s expertise, expansive knowledge of body mechanics, and professionalism. Due to spinal stenosis and a severe herniated disc, I tried multiple pilates studios before finding Gold Line.
