Im a former dancer and thought I would try palates and do some one on one classes. I regret to say, I didn’t have the best experience given I tore my rotator cuff the first time taking her one on one classes and trusted her experience that I was in good hands. I have been a client for close to two years. As a recent health care provider retiree, I continue to marvel at Melissa’s expertise, expansive knowledge of body mechanics, and professionalism. Due to spinal stenosis and a severe herniated disc, I tried multiple pilates studios before finding Gold Line. The extensive services I have received from Melissa resulted in cancellation of spine surgery by neuro surgeon who could not believe before & after MRI’s. I have been going here for almost 3 years. The studio is very clean and a great value. I highly reccomend the classes. Deanna, Ana, Geri, and Melissa are great instructors. Small groups makes it easy to get the attention you need. They do not play loud music or yell, its a great instruction. Really enjoy the calm settings.
