Disappointing. I took great effort to rush from my pathology appnt to the appointment for a quote. There seemed to be clear hesitancy when the deep one off Spring clean involved the tiles and grout on the property. Then received a curt text stating that there was no room on the calendar for the job in the following week and it wouldn't be booked in...no alternate time availability..nothing!! My daughter is now having to look for another company (as I am undergoing chemo and haven't got time or strength). Not ok.
Canberra WESTON CREEK - These guys did a great job of my semi-urgent powerline trim, as I'm a landlord that lives 1200Kms away , it was a great relief to hear that the job had been done very well, with no problems, and that the huge load of fresh mulch that they delivered at the same time, was very good quality and was enough to get my entire (large) area covered by my tenants. Highly recommended AAA+++
I have Gold Leaf Tree service contracted to remove a big ash tree in my backyard. They did a pretty good job but did an average clean up. They also scratched and marked the new paint in the garage. They promised to come over and clean it but did not come. When we started cleaning we discovered they actually have heavily scratched the brand new electric garage door. After discussion they have finally come and fixed the problem and did a pretty good job fixing it.
Gold Leaf Tree Services were great. Prices were better than any other quote and the job was done really well.
James and the team did a great job and left our yard spotless.
