I have purchased 4 gold chains all 14k italy yellow gold solid herringbone necklaces 20" x 6mm all are fake even 2 arrived in the same postage envelope and was charged separate posted on all 4 items how and where do i get my money back
I purchased approximately 13 pieces of jewelry from them and every piece was fake. Had it tested at two different places and none of it was legitimate gold.
