I am super picky about barbecue, and I literally have not had good barbecue basically ever in California. And I am born and raised here and have lived a few other states and traveled a lot. This is 10 out of 10. The brisket literally melts in your mouth, so tender so flavorful absolutely amazing. The ribs were perfect.
