Decent atmosphere. The courtyard's pretty nice. The food was terrible. Pork ribs were crusty and dry, the brisket was... I don't know what you want to call that. Flavorless. Waitress forgot all about us. Then messed up our order. I had to walk up twice to the counter to get things fixed. And it wasn't even busy. There was practically no one there. Maybe they were busy watching the soccer game. I don't know. Not going back. Would not recommend.
I am super picky about barbecue, and I literally have not had good barbecue basically ever in California. And I am born and raised here and have lived a few other states and traveled a lot. This is 10 out of 10. The brisket literally melts in your mouth, so tender so flavorful absolutely amazing. The ribs were perfect. We took the suggestion of the person working and got them a little bit spicy and they were absolutely amazing.
