I had a disappointing experience with White Rock Volkswagen. During the purchase of my Jetta, both the sales representative and the finance manager told me that 2 years of prepaid maintenance and mud flaps were included with my purchase. Based on those verbal assurances, I completed the deal. When I returned to have these items provided, I was told they were not included because they weren’t written in the contract. I took my vehicle to this shop to have the problem repaired. Unfortunately, after two days, they called me and told me to come pick it up because they were unable to fix the issue. Even though they couldn’t repair my vehicle, they still charged me $470 just for inspecting and attempting to diagnose it. I don’t think this was fair at all. In my opinion, they are not professional, and I would not recommend their service.

I purchased a Volkswagen from the team at Gold Key 3 weeks ago. They made the entire process easy. The entire team was very polite, well spoken, and personable. I felt they gave me all the relevant details for the vehicle and purchasing process. I was comfortable from the start. During this 3 week period, my vehicles battery failed.
