Had an excellent experience with the service team at Volkswagen Langley. Huge thanks to my service advisor Sheri for being professional, friendly, and keeping me updated throughout the process. I brought in my Atlas because of a rattling noise that had been bothering me for a while, and the technician did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue. Zero stars if possible for Langley VW Gold Key! There was a reason why we never went to them for servicing before due to bad reviews in the past. We were forced to take our ID.4 in for warranty work/service recall at this location due to our EV battery size. I had booked this appointment over a month ago for this Friday, May 29th.
