Deceptive Practices and Terrible Customer Service at Goldkey Volkswagen Langley I bought a 2021 Volkswagen from Goldkey Volkswagen about 5 months ago, and I’ve had nothing but problems since. When I was buying the car, the salesperson assured me that if I paid an extra $20 on top of my car payment, my warranty would be extended. Recently bought a used vehicle through this dealership. There were some extra items that were supposed to come with my newly purchased vehicle and at first I was having difficulty getting the items sorted out. Then the sales manager Dan took on my deal and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and to make sure I received the items I was promised with my new vehicle. Service is absolutely horrible Sales staff and service staff Ended up going to the Abbotsford location which is one thousand times better I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them

The entire Team at Gold Key Langley VW was great!! I was noticed & asked to be helped right away by Brahm & Blanca. They showed us exactly what we were lokking fir, and offered alternatives as well. Once we were happy with the unit, Than we were introduced to Anish who helped negotiate the price that we found acceptable. The branch Manager Raj was so easygoing & kind! We are happy that we found The Team at Gold Key & look forward to future business!
