This dealership service department gets it! Guys were fantastic and got me back on the road with in an hour. They're professionals at what they do and stepped up when I needed help. 5 stars all the way!
Overall, the service was okay at best. It’s hard to call something “good service” when it’s delivered with mediocrity and racial bias. I was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner in front of others, which is completely unacceptable—especially as a paying customer. I considered going to another location but chose this one solely because of its proximity to my home. That was a mistake I won’t be making again.
