Overall, the service was okay at best. It’s hard to call something “good service” when it’s delivered with mediocrity and racial bias. I was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner in front of others, which is completely unacceptable—especially as a paying customer. I considered going to another location but chose this one solely because of its proximity to my home. That was a mistake I won’t be making again. Thank you for fixing my truck today. I truly appreciate the work you did. However, I was very disappointed by the racist language you used toward me. As a paying customer, I never expected to be put down in front of others in such a rude manner. I was deeply hurt, as I am not accustomed to being treated with this type of verbal behavior.
