I had a very disappointing experience with Gold Key Collision Centre. Before visiting, we called and were told that we would receive an estimate right away. However, it has now been almost two weeks, and we still haven’t received any update or estimate. To make matters worse, the staff member who spoke with my wife over the phone was quite rude and unprofessional. Excellent service from start to finish. In particular, Wayne and Jonah were amazing to deal with as they both went above and beyond to ensure that any questions/concerns I had were answered thoroughly. Quality of the repairs is excellent as well. I would highly recommend coming to this location for your VW autobody needs!
Goldkey Langley was quick and easy to work with. Wayne provided excellent service. He took care of my car on the day of the accident and immediately got me into a brand new 2026 VW Atlas and was very accommodating. I truly appreciate his help. My car had a check engine light issue after the repair and Wayne was able to check the issue with an odb2 scanner. He was able to address every single concern. The repair quality was great. Here is a before and after picture.
Worst collision repair centre dishonest and non serious employees. I had a rear and collision on December 14, took my car to them the next day for icbc repair process they inspected the bumper and took pictures. A month passed by I ask them any update? They claim that they have sent icbc the pictures and are waiting for approval. I call icbc same day icbc tells me they have received nothing from the shop. I call the shop again and they lie trying to cover up for themselves saying must be an error on icbc’s end. Another week ... read more
