Worst collision repair centre dishonest and non serious employees. I had a rear and collision on December 14, took my car to them the next day for icbc repair process they inspected the bumper and took pictures. A month passed by I ask them any update? They claim that they have sent icbc the pictures and are waiting for approval. I call icbc same day icbc tells me they have received nothing from the shop. The rear-end damage on my Audi was supposed to be addressed under an ICBC claim. However, a key issue with the tailgate latch mechanism - clearly noted in the ICBC report - was completely missed in the original estimate. It was only acknowledged after I pointed it out.
