The rear-end damage on my Audi was supposed to be addressed under an ICBC claim. However, a key issue with the tailgate latch mechanism - clearly noted in the ICBC report - was completely missed in the original estimate. It was only acknowledged after I pointed it out. do not go to this place unless you want subpar paint work. the body work was good but the paint was awful, they painted over all the rubber molding, scraped the inside pillar behind door, there fish eyes in a couple spots and the orange peel is bad. im sure im missing things but definitely don't not recommend this shop to fix your car,the staff told me that's how the repairs suppose to be and icbc doesn't pay to remove molding so getting paint all over it is normal smh
I had a minor issue with my bumper on my Golf, I thought to ask the experts about it to get a quote. I really thought it would be expensive to fix. Josh at Gold Key Collision took time out of his day and within 5 minutes resolved the issue for me! The level of customer service and care is outstanding. Highly recommend this team.
Was there on may 1st for an estimate. They took my email and said they will send me the quote on my email in about a week. No quote was sent until I called them after two weeks. They said there were no loaner cars available hence no appointments and they will let me know once the loaner is available. It's been another 20 days.
