Unprofessional staff talking about patients and medical history in front of everyone and cursing talking about their personal life. Not professional at all! Lack of professional manners! They’ve always been this way. She needs to know what’s going on and get a new crew. You’re losing patients because of your staff violating HIPAA. Filing a complaint with the state about this
I’ve been seeing DrGold for many many years.. she’s amazing compassionate soft spoken kind hearted extremely patient and such a pleasure to have her as my Primary Doctor Best Dr Ever!!!
La doctora es excelente pero el tiempo de espera es demasiado es malísimo el servicio en ese aspecto y esas ayudantes de ella pasan allí solo platicando y uno llama y nunca contestan el teléfono
Doctor Gold is great! Over the years the professionalism of her staff has gotten worse! They scheduled me for one day and wrote down another date on the appointment card, they could not honor what they themselves wrote down. On top of that, one of the receptionist didn’t save my new insurance and was charged for the labs. Come here if you would like to waste your time.
