What an odd experience in this store. First of all, the watches are in display cabinets that are visible only from outside the store, but accessible only from inside the store. It makes it incredibly difficult to communicate with the employee about which watch you'd like to see. I purchased an ankle bracelet for an Xmas gift, my wife had put it on and wore it for less than an hour and found it broken on the floor, I attempted to return it and they would not refund me, only store credit or repair it. my wife does not want for anything else with store credit and is scared that she will always be worried bout losing it again after they repair it, talk about adding stress to an already stressful time. Brought my 3 year old daughter with me here, I had tim hortons coffee in my hand. Staff was polite and had no issues. Ended up buying my wedding band here in the same visit. It was around $650 for a 10k solid gold band no design, with resizing, cleaner+rag and taxes in. Staff was informative, resizing was quick for August (wedding season) and when I asked about cleaning the ring and the brides rings (from somewhere else) they showed us how to do it ourselves and what products to use so we could save time and money by doing i... read more
