I had a great experience here. I brought a sentimental item in that needed significant repair. They replaced the opal and made it look like brand new. I was impressed with the workmanship and delighted they were able to complete the repair in such a timely manner. I would like to say how friendly the customer service was as well. I would definitely return to this location.

Bought a chain, clasp broke twice and one of the links just broke. not happy with the quality
I went to this location and was trying to sell my gold bracelet. After he tested it he offered me $220 for it I asked him if he could give me $250 and he said ok then he told me his test now is saying that its not real. WHAT I know its real I never ever bought fake gold. So then I took it to Kitchener and went to the gold shop there and he offered me $370 for it. Brought in my .47 carat diamond engagement ring to upgrade the stone with a better quality, and slightly larger, diamond. He did a beautiful job, he had to replace the crown to fit the new diamond, and he did a seamless job, very quickly. I will be recommending Gold & Ice! Edit: second visit, same ring. I damaged the ring accidentally. Fixed quickly, affordably and securely! Excellent service as well!
