Misleads customers about gold rates and overcharges. AVOID!
Junaid is unethical, misleading and has poor business practices. I paid for a brand new engagement ring and was given an old, polished ring with someone else’s initials inside — yet I was charged for new gold and full making costs. He lies about gold purity and undervalues karat in gold exchange. DO NOT bring your business to him. This store is scamming people. I will be filing a formal complaint with Ontario business authorities.
