Nice and new again Friendly staff that's welcoming. Not pushy and even did it as promised 1. 5hrs New inside and out. Always busy for a reason and if you're not happy just tell them don't read those bad reviews! Theyre in a car park so sometimes it's not easy working in dark with those white lights. Some people need to just be nice and bring it back. They're fix any problems you may have.
Had the inside of my partners car cleaned as a surprise and was promised it would be finished by 2pm as i had work (had 3.5 hours to do it). The car wasn’t finished until 3:30 - making me miss work and then they ran the battery flat and failed to jump start it 3 times, only managing to do it after speaking to my partner on the phone who is a mechanic. Staff was rude, and there was no communication or apology. A small compensation was given after a lot of back and forth. Would not recommend (Highpoint branch).
