I can’t believe the condition of the car! I was in such a rush and exhausted from being 36 weeks pregnant when I checked it out, so I didn’t catch everything. But when I got home, I saw that some of the paint on the front had come off. It’s incredibly disappointing that no one mentioned this issue to me, and it honestly feels like I was just brushed off. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Gold Hand Car Wash. I brought my car in for a simple cleaning service and left with serious damage that they refuse to take responsibility for. The clock on my dashboard was perfectly intact when I dropped the car off, but after the cleaning it was snapped off with shattered pieces of plastic left on the dash.
