I had a keratin treatment done on May 28 and paid $563, expecting smooth, manageable hair that I could wash and wear, just as I was told by the stylist. Unfortunately, after my first wash, my hair was still tangled and curly from underneath — nothing like what I was promised. When I went back to express my concerns, a different stylist told me that I now need to blow dry and use a straightener to get the desired look. I just can’t wait for my hair appointments to come around. I am treated like a princess and always leave the hair salon feeling amazing. I just can’t recommend the salon enough. The wonderful staff always provide me with friendly service, lots of their time, talent and knowledge regarding any of my hair concerns, whether it is about a hair topper, hair styling or hair product. I am always very satisfied with everything I receive. Love, love, love the whole experience at Gold Hair DFO Jindalee.
After trying on both toppers and wigs elsewhere I really wasn't 100% sold on how they looked on me. I attended a pop-up when Gold Hair came to town and the experience was amazing. After trying on a few sizes, lengths, colours, I finally decided on one and couldn't be happier. People are shocked when I say its a topper. I love it so much I have purchased another one. :) Best customer service ever.
