I went in with my 4-year-old daughter, who hates having her hair brushed, just hoping to buy a brush that wouldn’t hurt as much. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to sit my daughter down and let her try the brush first, and he was so patient and great with her. We ended up leaving with a wash, brush, and her very first haircut! Thank you so much, Rob — her hair is now so much more manageable, and it was such a positive experience for her. Highly recommend!

I had a keratin treatment done on May 28 and paid $563, expecting smooth, manageable hair that I could wash and wear, just as I was told by the stylist. Unfortunately, after my first wash, my hair was still tangled and curly from underneath — nothing like what I was promised.
