Edit: I visited the pop-up store today,Amy was patient and helpful,listened to my concerns and very understanding. I tried quite a few toppers but only liked one but it was over my budget. I Purchased a topper $2000 @ Melbourne pop-up store on last Sunday 19th,waited for an hour for my turn. My appointment was a little rush as Amy was running behind and I didn't get to try on enough toppers. I noticed my topper had some weird cut on the bottom of the piece(4cm long all around),and about 10cm long of hairs has been cut all around the top,seemed like this topper has been used and cut previously,it feels harsh,doesn't feel like it's new. I went in with my 4-year-old daughter, who hates having her hair brushed, just hoping to buy a brush that wouldn’t hurt as much. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to sit my daughter down and let her try the brush first, and he was so patient and great with her. We ended up leaving with a wash, brush, and her very first haircut! Thank you so much, Rob — her hair is now so much more manageable, and it was such a positive experience for her. Highly recommend!
Vonnie helped me today with my curly hair. I loved the vibe in the shop and she was so knowledgeable, I felt relaxed and confident in her advice. I will definitely be back. Wish i had discovered this great salon sooner
