I inherited a few items and needed to clear it out of my jewelry box and went in the store I was greeted by Kim and she explained the process to me. I have since been back twice and appreciate her help and friendliness. Wish i lnew of this place years ago. Ill be back😊
A RIDICULOUS BUSINESS that makes you jump through hoops just to get your money. Customer service was great, but no wonder I was the ONLY customer in there... 1: THEY DON'T PAY CASH!! They give you a check. 2: you have to wait 24 hours to cash said check 3: Only 1 Walmart will accept their checks, all others will decline them. I'm beyond annoyed! I went so I could have some extra cash on hand, and all I'm left with is a f#@!ing headache. I will NEVER use their services again!
Great experience...great customer service Kim B is a professional, couteous, and informative,personable rep.there at gold guys...I recommend them to anyone selling gold or silver.oh..and by the way...the negative reviews are not posted by real customers!! I know that first hand......nice try though.
Was looking for a place to sell some broken jewelry. Seen reviews some bad some good. I worked with Kim, she did a great job on explaining how process works. I'm a salesman for a dealership. I know you have to make my money to keep doors open. Bottom line is they have to make money to provide a service to valued customers like myself and other to sell stuff we don't need or want.
