Service à la clientèle très mauvais. Un délai a été promis lorsque l'entente a été faite et il n'a pas été respecté du tout. Lorsqu'on tente de les rejoindre, aucune réponse de façon répétitive, par appel ou texto. On sent comme si on nous évite, carrément. Non seulement cela, mais beaucoup de pièces ont été perdues et/ou brisées. Si on m'avait averti que des bris s'étaient passés lors de mon "unwrapping", qu'il y avait eu de la transparence et que le prix avait été ajusté en conséquence, cela ne m'aurait pas dérangé. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My wrap came out perfect and Dolph was fantastic and easy to work with!
