This store should be shut down. The salespeople are commission-based and prey on customers. I allowed myself to get lured in to try an under-eye cream and from there it got worse. Anyone who is “Minnesota Nice” or has trouble saying no to highly ambitious, pushy salespeople need to steer clear of this store. No prices are listed anywhere; nor is a return policy. I purchased the 24K Gold Syringe Lift for $300.00 due to being at 50% off. Due to the product having perfume and alcohol, I ended up with a rash. I called the Company and after being bounced around I was told to return the product and with copies of the receipts and I would be refunded. The package had a Tracking number. It was received but my money was never refunded. What a waste of money. I don't believe the product has gold. That is just a marketing skeem.

My Daughter and I enjoyed a massage, facial, and pedicure day at Gold Elements. Loved spending the day together relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful, look forward to our next visit
