The staff were very friendly, store had a few people in shopping and making purchases. Looked at kids jewelry and the prices were really reasonable.

Well I would like to complain about the gentleman working there. He told me I was yelling at him and being rude, he said that " People Like You, don't understand working on gold is very delicate. " Not a good way to start a conversation. I do understand, I have worked in the eyeglass business for 20 years. Working on eyewear is just as delicate, but speaking to customers like that is just not the way it is done. First time being at Gold Direct, Anthony was veru knowledgeable and we had a good laugh. They definitely got a good customer and I highly recommend if you want to sell gold or looking on buying.
